Complete your getting started steps
After your application is approved, sign in and open Getting started. The checklist shows what your organisation needs before you can become active. Different roles may have different steps.
- Open Your details, complete the required fields and select Save my details.
- Open each assigned document. Read it fully, tick the agreement and enter your name before signing.
- Provide referees if requested. Use people who know you and are not related to you. Check their email addresses before sending requests.
- Supply existing training or DBS details where the app allows it.
- Arrange any manager checks with your coordinator.
A reference reply may still need a manager’s review. Training you record yourself may need verification. Saving information does not always complete the step immediately.
Checks your coordinator completes
Section titled “Checks your coordinator completes”You cannot mark a right-to-work check complete yourself. Your coordinator will tell you what documents or share code to provide through their agreed process.
If you already have a DBS certificate, you can submit its details for checking. This does not replace the organisation’s review or physical sighting of the certificate where required. Do not upload a copy of the DBS certificate into unrelated fields.
When everything is complete
Section titled “When everything is complete”Your coordinator reviews your progress and activates you, unless your organisation uses automatic activation. Once active, the menu shows the work pages available to you, such as My shifts.
If a step is unclear or you believe it is already complete, contact your coordinator. Don’t enter invented information to get past it.
