With pay switched off, the money tab is called Expenses and hours. Features also affect which permissions and menu items are shown. Switching a feature off hides its workflow; it does not delete its records.
Before changing a rule
Section titled “Before changing a rule”Check whether it affects existing records. In particular, moving Pay from backwards can add earlier entries to pay calculations. Changing role requirements affects booking eligibility, and changing management scopes affects record visibility.
An organisation-wide standard can have a more specific override, such as a person’s hourly rate, leave allowance or working hours. Check the individual record when the result differs from the default.
